1. Good hands-on experience of Java, OOPs, Advanced Java, Web Services (Rest), MVC framework Spring and ORM framework Hibernate, Spring boot, JSP/Servlets and Javascript.
2. Should have worked with Mongo DB, Maven, Gradle, JIRA
3. Good working experience with Mongo DB and MySQL.
4. Good experience working in Git version control.
5. Should have excellent knowledge of application design and development.
6. Understand Java development defects/performance issues and resolve them systematically.
7. Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance.
8. Good communication skills for client interactions.
9. Some overlap would be required for client calls.
10. Most importantly the ability to get out of your comfort zone and thinking out of the box.
